Real Estate Sales Associate

Our client, who is involved in the investment industry are seeking a driven and results oriented Real Estate Sales Associate to join a dynamic property team in Malta. If you have at least 3 years of property sales experience, a deep understanding of the local market, and a passion for building strong client relationships, this role offers an ideal platform to elevate your career.

Main Responsibilities

• Guide Clients: Assist buyers and sellers through every stage of residential and commercial property transactions.
• Generate Leads: Proactively build your portfolio through networking, referrals, CRM systems, and digital marketing.
• Property Viewings & Advice: Conduct viewings and offer expert guidance on market conditions, property trends, and pricing.
• Negotiate & Finalise Deals: Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth preparation of contracts and agreements.
• Support Business Growth: Identify cross-selling opportunities for broader firm services and assist the letting team when needed.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales.
• Licensing: Valid Real Estate license and a Maltese driving license.
• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Market Knowledge: In depth familiarity with local property trends, regulations, and legal documentation.
• Bonus: Knowledge or experience in the immigration-by-investment sector is considered a strong plus.

Personal Qualities

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in building and nurturing long term client relationships.
• Self motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (includes a 1 hour daily break)

A fixed base salary + a very attractive commission
