Love marketing, live for results and get a strange amount of satisfaction from seeing a campaign perform better than expected?

We're working with a growing creative and performance marketing agency looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who's ready to bring fresh ideas, strong technical knowledge and plenty of ambition to the table.

This isn't a role where you'll simply follow a marketing plan. You'll be the person helping shape it, bringing strategies to life and making sure campaigns actually deliver.

You'll work with an interesting mix of clients across different industries, alongside a close-knit creative team that values ideas, collaboration and people who take initiative.

There's plenty of variety, real ownership and the opportunity to grow into something much bigger as the agency continues to evolve.

So, what will you be doing?

Developing digital marketing strategies tailored to different clients, their goals and target audiences.
Planning, launching and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google.
Analysing campaign performance, tracking conversions and turning data into actionable insights.
Working closely with the creative team to develop campaigns that look great and deliver results.
Meeting clients, understanding their needs and presenting strategies, performance updates and recommendations.
Identifying opportunities to improve existing campaigns, generate leads and grow client accounts.
Exploring AI tools and new technologies to make marketing smarter and more effective.
Supporting new business pitches with creative ideas, technical expertise and strategic recommendations.

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience within a marketing or digital agency.
Strong hands-on experience in paid advertising, particularly Meta Ads, with knowledge of TikTok and Google Ads being an advantage.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategy, lead generation, campaign optimisation and analytics.
Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and performance reporting.
Confidence in dealing with clients and presenting ideas.
Someone proactive, ambitious and comfortable taking ownership without being micromanaged.
Excellent English communication skills and currently based in Malta.
A valid driving licence and own car

And what's in it for you?

A performance-related bonus.
The freedom to take ownership, make decisions and bring your ideas to life.
A close-knit, supportive team with a genuinely collaborative culture.
Hybrid model
Direct involvement with the leadership team and opportunities to develop your commercial skills.
Genuine long-term career growth as the agency continues to expand.
