Our client, an international insurance company with operations both overseas and in Malta, is looking to recruit a Claims Customer Support Agent to join their local team.

The successful candidate must be a native German speaker, as the role involves providing support to a German-speaking client base.

Responsibilities

Handling and receiving claim notifications from policyholders by phone, email and online platform
Gathering all documentation and information
Supporting with communication with policyholders regarding the claim process
Coordinating with repair appointments with the repair stakeholders
Being in constant contact with repairers before and after repair is completed
Carrying out post repair follow ups
Supporting the local manager with any day to day duties to set up this new operations in the German market
Supporting with ad hoc admin duties

Requirements

Candidates must be based in Malta
Previous experience working in Insurance, and/or Automotive would be needed
Previous experience handling claims and customer facing role
Excellent verbal and written English and German (Native Level)
