Our client, a prominent IT company, is looking to employ a Systems and Networks Engineer to onboard and grow their client's infrastructure and security.

Responsibilities

Engineer and implement technology projects for customers based on strategic cloud and security managed services.
Proactively provide preventive maintenance and service enhancements to customers’ managed environments including systems, networking, security, and cloud.
Keep an open line of communication with customers, updating them on incident progress and notifying them on agreed upcoming changes.
Work on building a strong customer relationship, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Work alongside team members to maintain and update customers documentation and consulting services that include system reviews and recommendations.
Participate in and support commercial activities in collaboration with the commercial team.
Proactively seek ways to leverage technologies with a view to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security in the way we do IT.
Actively participate in research, development, and implementation of new technology initiatives

Requirements

1 year of experience or fresh graduates with internship experience
Strong communication, both speaking and writing
Good technical diagnostic skills and attention to detail
A desire to learn, grow and succeed

Education/ Experience:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
IT Certifications in Azure or Microsoft Security Administration would be a plus
