We are looking for a creative, versatile and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our growing digital presence.

We are a well-established healthcare provider in Malta, operating across medical, aesthetic and specialist services, with further expansion underway into dentistry.

This is not a role focused on just one area of marketing. We are looking for someone multi-skilled who is comfortable managing social media, creating content, updating websites, running digital advertising and finding new ways to grow our brands online.

Our Digital Presence

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping manage and grow a substantial digital portfolio, currently consisting of:

2 websites
1 main Facebook account
3 Instagram accounts, soon expanding to 4 with the launch of our dental clinic
2 TikTok accounts

As our services continue to expand, so will our digital presence.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Media & Content

Manage and coordinate content across our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
Develop content calendars and ensure our different brands remain consistently active.
Create engaging posts, Reels, TikToks, stories and other short-form content.
Come up with creative and entertaining concepts rather than relying solely on traditional healthcare advertising.
Film and edit content involving our clinics, doctors, staff, treatments and services.
Follow current social media trends and identify opportunities to adapt them appropriately for our brands.
Maintain a professional and consistent identity across each account while understanding that different brands may require different styles and audiences.

Website & SEO - Not mandatory

Manage regular content and information updates across our two websites.
Create and update service pages, promotional content and other website material.
Work on improving our visibility on Google through SEO and content optimisation.
Identify opportunities to improve website traffic and convert visitors into enquiries and patients.

Digital Advertising

Create, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
Boost appropriate social media content and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments based on results.
Help determine which services and content should receive additional advertising support.
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, enquiries and conversions.

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who is creative, proactive and capable of working independently.

The ideal candidate should have experience or strong skills in several of the following areas:

Social media management
Content creation
Photography and/or videography
Short-form video editing
Graphic design
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Website content management
SEO
Analytics and campaign performance

You do not necessarily need to be an expert in every single area. We are looking for someone with a strong overall digital skill set who is willing to learn, experiment and continuously improve.
