Retail Shop Manager

The Ona Retail Ltd, part of The Ona Group, is looking for an experienced Retail Shop Manager to lead one of our stores. Working with established international brands, you will take ownership of the store’s day-to-day performance, customer experience and team development.

This role is ideal for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys being present on the shop floor, developing people and turning commercial plans into strong results.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the store’s daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, presentation and operational efficiency.
• Support and motivate the team to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Prepare weekly schedules and assign daily priorities to maintain effective floor coverage and smooth operations.
• Monitor sales results and customer feedback, taking timely action where improvement is needed.
• Manage stock effectively, including deliveries, replenishment, transfers and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
• Support recruitment, new hire training and performance management in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Ensure company procedures, health and safety requirements and brand standards are consistently followed.

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion or a customer-focused environment.
• A strong record of leading teams and delivering operational targets.
• Confident communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• A flexible, hands-on approach and availability to work according to retail opening hours.
