Position Overview

A detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst is sought to support data-driven decision-making through the analysis of business, financial, production, and operational information. The role focuses on management reporting, KPI monitoring, data validation, and the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will analyse business, financial, production, and operational data to provide accurate information and actionable insights to management.

The role includes preparing regular and ad-hoc management reports, maintaining KPI reports and dashboards, and identifying trends, variances, discrepancies, and potential areas for operational improvement.

Responsibilities also involve consolidating and validating information received from different departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.

The candidate will contribute to developing and improving reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical systems through the effective use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and other reporting technologies.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a Degree in Business, Computing, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, together with previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical position.

Strong numerical and analytical abilities are required, together with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.

Experience with BI reporting tools will be considered a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively while managing multiple reporting requirements.
