Position Overview

A Service Advisor is sought to support workshop operations by acting as a key point of contact between customers and the technical team, ensuring vehicle servicing and repair processes are handled efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through written communication, schedule vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs, and provide clear information regarding service and repair requirements.

The role includes monitoring ongoing vehicle repairs, keeping customers informed of progress, notifying them when vehicles are ready for collection, and following up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities also involve handling warranty-related administration, including data entry, documentation, and job cards, while coordinating closely with workshop staff and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Requirements

Candidates should be fluent in both Maltese and English and possess at least five O-Level passes, including English and Mathematics.

ECDL certification or equivalent computer literacy is required, together with strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, customer-focused, and capable of working effectively as part of a professional team.
