Position Overview

Front Desk Representatives are sought to provide outstanding customer service by welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and supporting the day-to-day front office operations in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will greet and assist customers, respond to enquiries both in person and over the phone, and provide accurate information while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role includes handling customer requests and complaints, maintaining accurate records, performing administrative duties, and ensuring all interactions comply with company procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities also involve collaborating with colleagues, supporting daily front office operations, and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.

Requirements

Candidates should be fluent in both Maltese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, is essential, while an ECDL qualification will be considered an asset.

The ideal candidate should be organised, customer-focused, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work on a roster between Monday and Saturday is required.
