The HR and Payroll Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support across all Human Resources functions and payroll processes for all Stivala Group companies.

Prepare and administer end-to-end monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Verify payroll inputs, including clocking, leave, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Monitor and track employee attendance, leave balances, and other HR metrics to support payroll and HR planning.
Maintain and update payroll data and employee records in HRIS and related systems.
Handle payroll queries from employees and management with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Collect and process data for new employees, including personal details, qualifications, and employment contracts.
Create and maintain comprehensive employee profiles, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
Assist in onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and induction materials.
Prepare documents and coordinate with Identita for work permit applications and renewals for TCNs (Third Country Nationals).
Support employee terminations and exit processes, final settlements, and documentation.
Liaise with Jobsplus, Identita, and other regulatory bodies regarding employment matters, compliance, and work permits.
Support HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Serve as a key point of contact for HR, payroll, and work permit-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist with any other ad hoc HR-related tasks as required.
