We are currently hiring a Finnish-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Your Role

As part of the Customer Service team, you will support Finnish-speaking customers and help ensure they receive a smooth, professional and positive experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting Finnish-speaking customers with account-related questions and general inquiries
Providing clear, professional and customer-focused assistance
Investigating and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently
Guiding customers through available services and procedures
Maintaining a high standard of communication throughout each interaction
Following internal policies, procedures and quality guidelines
Working closely with colleagues in an international and multicultural team

What We Are Looking For

Fluent Finnish
Good level of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Willingness to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus
Availability to work onsite
Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory
