Citadel Insurance p.l.c. a composite insurer providing a wide range of products from personal insurance to corporates including life and savings products is looking for experienced Insurance Customer Service Representatives to connect with our Insurance Customers.

Role

Service existing and new customers on insurance policies and insurance coverage, as well as general inquiries.
Provide quotations on a variety of insurance products and follow up on leads to turn convert the request to new business.
Provide new customers with the necessary policyholder documentation for the insurance cover.
Keep track of existing customer inquiries on their various insurance policies.
Keep track of renewal offerings allocated to this role with follow-ups to ensure that the renewed policy is adequately insured to meet the customers’ needs.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, present appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits of authority and the timeframes set to achieve customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given.
Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product enquiries utilising all the resources available at Citadel.

Requirements

MQF Level 4, Diploma, or at least two years of experience in a similar environment, not necessary insurance.
Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products is considered an asset.
Friendly and professional demeanour.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision
