At AMC Marketing Ltd, we're looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales function, develop our team and take ownership of driving sales growth across the business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll manage our B2B Sales team and oversee the commercial performance of the AMC Hub, our retail outlet, taking ownership of sales across both channels, using sales data and market insight to identify opportunities, improve performance and deliver results.

Lead, manage and motivate the B2B Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set clear sales objectives and regularly monitor individual and team performance.
Take ownership of driving sales growth and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Oversee the sales performance and day-to-day commercial direction of the AMC Hub, our retail outlet.
Analyse sales data, trends and customer performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for the Managing Director.
Coach and support the Sales Team, providing regular feedback and helping them improve their performance.
Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives aligned with the Company's commercial objectives.
Monitor customer accounts, sales activity and opportunities to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while supporting the team in developing new and existing accounts.
Work closely with Purchasing, Admin and other teams to align sales priorities with stock availability, product opportunities and business needs.
Ensure the AMC Hub delivers a strong customer experience and supports the Company's overall sales objectives.

Proven experience in sales, with previous experience leading or managing a sales team.
A strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on achieving results and driving growth.
Experience working with sales targets, KPIs and performance data.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Confidence analysing sales data and presenting clear insights and recommendations to senior management.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and make things happen.
Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple commercial priorities.

You'll stand out even more if you have

Experience within distribution, wholesale, FMCG or a product-led sales environment.
Experience managing both B2B sales and a retail outlet.
Previous experience preparing sales forecasts and management reports.
