Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our client dynamic team on a full time basis in Malta.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding the companies client base.

This is a hands on, target driven role focused on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle; from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and closing deals, working closely with the MD and recruitment team to ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to match client needs with talent solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in recruitment or HR services is a strong advantage)
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent English C1/C2; (Maltese or UK background preferred)
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team environment

Candidates must be currently based in Malta or willing to relocate
This is a fully office-based role (no commuting arrangements)
