Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on the Russian market, strengthening the company's market presence, expanding business opportunities, and supporting commercial growth. The role requires building strong client and partner relationships, coordinating promotional activities, analysing market trends, and contributing to the achievement of the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns targeting the Russian market.

Identify market trends, customer needs and competitor activities through ongoing market research.

Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, business partners and stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's business development strategy.

Coordinate promotional campaigns across digital, print and other marketing channels.

Prepare marketing plans, promotional materials and presentations.

Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Assist in organising exhibitions, conferences, networking events and promotional activities.

Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives where required.

Support brand development and ensure consistent corporate identity across all marketing activities.

Prepare market analysis reports and provide recommendations to management.

Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Maintain accurate marketing records and documentation.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable legislation.

Perform any other duties related to the role as may reasonably be assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

A qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field will be considered an asset.

Experience

Minimum one (1) year of experience in marketing, business development or a related role.

Experience working with international markets, particularly the Russian market, will be considered an advantage.
