On behalf of our client, an experienced Advertising and Marketing agency, we are on the lookout for a Marketing & Social Media Officer, to be based in their offices in Limassol.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns
Adapts messaging across different audiences (B2B, B2C, corporate, lifestyle)
Manages social media calendars, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Works closely with designers and videographers to deliver strong creative output
Plans and executes 360° marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
Manages and optimizes paid campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) with a focus on ROI
Analyzes performance and continuously improves results for clients
Ensures consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all client touchpoints
Participates in client meetings, presenting ideas and contributes to client growth and development
Supports offline marketing activities (events, print materials, presentations)
Contributes ideas that elevate both the brand and business performance of clients

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimization, reporting)
Excellent command of Greek and English
Strong copywriting skills with adaptability in tone and style
Strategic thinking combined with creativity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
A mindset focused on quality, results, and continuous improvement
