Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing front desk operations and guiding a team of front desk agents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong management skills, and demonstrate a clear aspiration to advance to a front desk manager role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of front desk agents, ensuring excellent performance and professional conduct
Execute all front desk supervisor duties, including guest check-in / check-out, key management, and billing procedures
Oversee and maintain front desk operations, guest services, and complaint resolution
Monitor team performance, conduct training, and implement performance improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, security procedures, and data protection regulations
Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Handle night auditing duties and manager-on-duty responsibilities as required
Duty Management shifts

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Front Desk Supervisor role or equivalent position
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Strong knowledge of front desk operations, hotel property management systems (PMS), and reservation systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Flexible availability, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Ambition to progress toward a Front Desk Manager position
Experience in a four-star or five-star hotel environment
Proficiency with guest relationship management systems
Professional hospitality certification or diploma
