Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage appointments, greet guests, and support the smooth daily operations of the salon while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check in clients in a warm and professional manner

Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations

Answer phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly

Maintain an organized reception area

Handle client records and update booking systems

Process payments and issue receipts when required

Coordinate with stylists and salon staff to manage schedules

Promote salon services and products when appropriate

Ensure clients have a positive and comfortable experience
