About the Hiring Company:

We are a leading global B2B iGaming company with a strong legacy of innovation and an established portfolio of online casino products, including Slots and Live Dealer content.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Account Management to lead and develop the Account Management function, strengthen strategic operator relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth across Europe and international markets.

The Head of Account Management will be responsible for leading the AM team, shaping the overall account strategy and driving retention, growth and commercial performance across a portfolio of strategic operator partnerships.

This is a senior leadership position requiring previous Head-level experience, strong industry knowledge and a proven background managing high-value and Tier 1 operators.

The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. While developing and scaling the team, they must be comfortable personally managing key strategic accounts when required.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall Account Management strategy, aligned with wider business and growth objectives.

Lead, mentor and develop the AM team, establishing clear targets, accountability and performance standards.

Manage and strengthen relationships with Tier 1 and high-value operators.

Drive retention and revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and expansion opportunities.

Remain hands-on with key strategic accounts and personally manage selected Tier 1 relationships when required.

Oversee account performance, revenue targets, budgets and forecasts.

Use commercial data and account insights to identify growth opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.

Ensure client challenges are addressed effectively while maintaining strong long-term partnerships.

Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Technical and Operations teams to support client and business objectives.

Support the continued development and scaling of the Account Management function.

Represent the company at international conferences, industry events and senior-level client meetings.

The Successful Candidate:

6+ years of B2B iGaming experience across Account Management, Sales or Commercial functions, including previous Head-level/senior leadership experience.

Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing Account Management teams.

Strong knowledge of online casino products, particularly Slots and Live Dealer.

Established experience managing Tier 1 and high-value operators across international markets.

Exposure across regulated, .COM, Crypto and/or Sweepstakes markets is highly valuable.

Demonstrable success growing existing accounts through retention, upselling, cross-selling and partnership expansion.

Strong experience with revenue targets, account performance, budgets and forecasting.

Established industry network and confidence working directly with senior and C-level stakeholders.

Strategic and commercially minded while willing to remain hands-on with key accounts.

Strong leadership, accountability and relationship-management skills.

Fluent English and comfortable with international travel.

A proactive, accountable and commercially driven leader with a strong growth mindset who can hit the ground running.

Someone who can lead and develop the team while remaining close to the clients and the business - strengthening strategic partnerships, driving account growth and adapting quickly as the function continues to scale.
