About the Hiring Company:

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Commercial team. You will manage a portfolio of operator partners, build strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and help partners get the most value from our products and services.

You will work closely with internal teams to execute commercial strategies, support new product launches, identify growth opportunities, and deliver an excellent partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of operator accounts and serve as the main commercial contact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.

Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive communication and ongoing support.

Conduct regular business reviews and recommend strategies to improve performance.

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account growth opportunities.

Monitor account performance and create action plans to increase revenue.

Support commercial negotiations and new business opportunities.

Keep partners informed about new product releases, promotions, and strategic initiatives.

Analyze account performance using reporting tools and dashboards.

Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to internal teams and partners.

Track KPIs and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

The Successful Candidate:

2+ years of Account Management or Commercial experience within the iGaming industry.

Strong knowledge of online casino products, game content, aggregators, and operator relationships.

Proven experience growing accounts through commercial planning, upselling, and relationship management.

Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, or BI dashboards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Fluent in English. Additional European or regional languages are an advantage.

Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings and industry events.

Location

Remote within Europe.

Full-time employment requires candidates to be based on the Isle of Man.

Candidates elsewhere in Europe are welcome to work remotely.
