About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Account Management to join a growing live casino business in Malta.

This is a senior commercial role responsible for leading the Account Management function, developing key client relationships and driving revenue and long-term growth across the company's B2B partner portfolio.

The ideal candidate will come from a live casino, casino supplier, or iGaming B2B background, with a strong understanding of the commercial dynamics of the industry and an established network of operators and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Account Management team, setting clear commercial objectives and KPIs.
Own and manage relationships with key B2B clients and strategic operator partners.
Develop account strategies focused on revenue growth, retention and long-term partnership development.
Identify and maximise opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and new product launches.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver against client and business objectives.
Monitor account performance, revenue, profitability and client activity.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals and partnership agreements.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across operator accounts.
Gather market and client feedback and translate this into actionable insights for the wider business.
Identify opportunities for new markets, products and commercial partnerships.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and proactively resolve any commercial or operational issues.
Provide regular reporting and commercial insights to senior management.

About You

5+ years' experience in Account Management within iGaming, ideally from a live casino or casino supplier environment.
Previous experience managing or leading an Account Management team.
Strong understanding of the live casino / online casino ecosystem and B2B iGaming relationships.
Established network of contacts across operators and/or key iGaming partners.
Proven track record of growing revenue and developing strategic accounts.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Confident dealing with C-level and senior stakeholders.
Highly relationship-driven with excellent communication skills.
Commercially minded, analytical and results-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Malta-based or willing to relocate to Malta.
