We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive to join our Motor Underwriting Department on a full-time basis.

About the role

The chosen candidate will play a vital role in supporting our clients and intermediaries by ensuring a professional insurance underwriting experience. Main responsibilities include:

Handling enquiries from customers and intermediaries,

Providing quotations and underwriting new business for motor insurance, in line with the department’s underwriting guidelines,

Following up on quotations and renewals to support client conversion and retention,

Issuing new policies and renewals within established authority limits,

Checking and processing documentation submitted by intermediaries,

Seeing to walk-in customers, answering incoming calls and email enquiries.

On-the-job training will be provided.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone organised and confident in dealing with customers and intermediaries, with the ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment The ideal candidate must have:

MQF Level 3 or higher (O Levels or equivalent),

Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications,

Excellent communication skills in English,

A proactive, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
