The Roles

Recruitment Consultant (180) role within our IT or Finance & Legal division, where your focus is on building exceptional relationships with your clients and becoming a trusted recruitment partner in your specialist market. You'll work closely with hiring managers enabling you to deliver high-quality talent solutions rather than simply filling vacancies.

Business Development (BD) position within IT recruitment, where you take full ownership of the commercial process. It is a high-activity, phone-driven role that requires you to actively source prospects, manage corporate pipelines, and pitch technical recruitment solutions directly to senior leaders. You are not just booking appointments; you are managing the entire 360-degree sales cycle from the initial cold outreach all the way through to final negotiation and close.

The Progression (Pure Meritocracy)

No previous recruitment experience is required as we provide full, intensive training to transform you into an elite recruitment expert who can comfortably manage end-to-end commercial deals. We have zero corporate politics or annual reviews here. If you hit your target metrics, you are automatically promoted - no waiting for slots to open.

Salary & Earning Potential

We offer a base salary plus uncapped commissions - your earning potential is unlimited:

Average performers earn around €36k in year one (base + commission)
Year two typically rises to €50k
Top performers can achieve €80k+ annually

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any background: sales, hospitality, telecom, insurance, events or similar).
Language: Fluency in English (the primary business language in Malta).
Location: Local or Immediate readiness to relocate to Malta (fully on-site in Ta' Xbiex).
