We are seeking to recruit a Business Support Executive. Debt Collection:

Effectively manage the debt collection portfolio, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments. This involves proactive client outreach via email, phone, and post, utilizing all available resources to achieve collection targets.
Regularly monitor and report on collections and outstanding balances on a monthly basis,providing insights for continuous improvement. Assist the Business Support Manager in maintaining the client database by:creating clients, creating jobs, monitoring open jobs, monitoring hours not yet billed, closure of jobs not requiredupdating client details in the client database and billing databaseassisting in the close-off of terminated / discontinued / struck off / one off service clientsassisting in timesheet entries or shifting of staff time from job to job as necessaryupdating client details in the client and billing database Assist the Business Support Manager in ensuring accurate and timely billing of services by:monitoring monthly billing targetsensuring all billing requests are actioned in the shortest possible timeupdating billing trackers with billing info and assisting in billing projections for the following year
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting professional correspondence andaddressing client inquiries related to issued invoices.
Contribute to various departmental projects and initiatives, as required.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
To be able to manage personal workload with minimal assistance
To cover Office Reception duties while the Receptionist is on leave (sick/vacation)

Check up of the content of the computerised documents & check for (typing) errors
Monitor debtors' accounts and suggest appropriate solutions
Answer internet users' emails and inquiries (complaints, sales, purchases, exchanges)Perform administrative/management tasks (planning/emails/correspondence/invoicing/application for permits...)Activities: reception by phone and intake
Check actions performed; make recommendations
Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
Coordinate department activities and support human resources (personnel management).
Explaining activity (giving instructions, demonstrating, ...). Coordinating interaction within the group.
Coordinate and organise flows of information for functioning of department or organisation (directives, meetings...)
