We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our full-time kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, motivated chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities: -Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard. -Manage and maintain the assigned kitchen section during service. -Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations. -Assist in other kitchen areas as required. -Train and mentor Commis Chefs. -Assist with stock takes and ordering supplies when needed. -Monitor portion control and minimise food waste. -Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. -Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Requirements: -Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. -Fluent in English. -Strong teamwork and communication skills. -Ability to work efficiently under pressure. -Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. -Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required. -Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
