We are looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Hand responsible for assisting with food preparation, washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

Key Responsibilities: -Assisted chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and kitchen operations. -Washed, peeled, chopped, sliced, and prepared vegetables, meat, and other ingredients according to instructions. -Kept kitchen workstations, preparation areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. -Washed dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment efficiently. -Assisted with receiving, checking, storing, and organizing food supplies and kitchen deliveries. -Rotated food stock properly and checked product dates to help maintain freshness and reduce waste. -Replenished ingredients and supplies when required to ensure the kitchen was ready for service. -Assisted chefs during busy service periods by preparing ingredients and completing assigned kitchen tasks quickly and accurately. -Followed food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures at all times. -Correctly handled and stored food to help prevent contamination and maintain quality. -Removed rubbish and kept floors, storage areas, freezers, refrigerators, and work surfaces clean and safe. -Maintained a tidy and well-organized kitchen environment throughout the working shift. -Followed instructions from chefs and supervisors and worked effectively as part of a team. -Demonstrated good time management, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. -Supported the kitchen team with any additional duties required to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
