We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality produce, at least 24 months of relevant experience, and culinary education. Key Responsibilities: -Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks. -Prepare and handle ingredients according to kitchen standards. -Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas. -Wash and store kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes. -Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods. -Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures. Requirements: -Minimum 24 months of relevant kitchen experience. -Culinary education or training. -Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen practices. -Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented. -Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
