We are seeking an experienced and reliable Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities: -Assist the Head Chef with the planning and preparation of food. -Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during daily operations. -Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard. -Support the Head Chef in maintaining smooth and efficient kitchen operations. -Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. -Assist with stock control and ensure ingredients are available when required. -Maintain a safe, organized, and professional kitchen environment. -Step in for the Head Chef when required. -Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
