Experienced Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, maintain food quality, manage stock, and ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the kitchen team, preparing and overseeing the preparation of food, maintaining consistent food quality and presentation, assisting with menu planning and development, managing stock and food orders, controlling food costs and minimising waste. The role also includes ensuring that all kitchen operations comply with food hygiene, health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, training and supporting kitchen staff, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during service.
