We are looking for a full-time Junior Operations Administrator to support our day-to-day administrative and payroll operations. Based in Mosta, this role involves assisting with payroll processing, managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to support efficient business outcomes while delivering a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

What is expected of you?

Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll using Indigo Payroll by Shireburn.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee documentation.
Perform data entry and ensure all information is updated and accurately recorded.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and maintain related records.
Handle incoming telephone calls professionally and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
Monitor office supply levels and coordinate the ordering of stationery and other office requirements.
Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents as required.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across departments.
Ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Assist with scanning, correspondence, and general office duties.
Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.
Undertake additional tasks and projects assigned by management.

Previous experience in administration, payroll, clerical work, or a similar role will be considered an asset.
Experience with Indigo Payroll by Shireburn will be considered an asset.
