We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on (Deputy) Chief Marketing Officer to partner closely with our CMO in executing global brand strategy, connecting dots across countries and teams, and driving unified brand excellence with local flavor. This is a rare opportunity for a strong operator to help shape our global positioning while owning execution at scale.

Location: Global (Flexible based on candidate) with regular business trips

YOUR MISSION

As our (Deputy) Chief Marketing Officer, you will:

Support the CMO in refining and executing VBET's global brand positioning, ensuring it is future-ready, bold, and aligned with our expansion into regulated markets worldwide.
Co-drive the implementation of a unified, yet culturally adaptive brand strategy across all territories, translating global direction into local execution.
Help drive global growth and revenue through high-impact marketing strategies tailored to the gambling and crypto industries.
Act as a key point of coordination with regional executives, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and excellence in every local market.
Support the development of a team of senior marketing professionals, fostering innovation, performance, and creative excellence.
Ensure strong financial discipline across marketing operations, maximizing ROI and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.
Help safeguard a consistent, high-impact brand image and voice across all platforms - from digital campaigns to physical sponsorships and events.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, regulators, and industry contacts in the gambling and crypto spheres.
Drive cross-market synergies while respecting cultural authenticity - we are a team of operators who thrive on local flavor and international unity.
Deputize for the CMO where required, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strong operator ready to grow into broader leadership. You are likely to be a strong match if you have:

7+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in iGaming (ideally B2C).
Proven experience supporting or leading multi-regional marketing strategies, with an ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
Solid experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, and performance-driven marketing.
Experience contributing to brand transformation or repositioning across countries or business units.
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to manage and support senior professionals.
World-class communication skills in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
A solid professional network in relevant industries and regulatory environments.
Entrepreneurial energy with a "no-excuse" mindset and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving global ecosystem.
