We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Boatperson to assist with the operation, maintenance, and daily activities on board a fishing vessel.

Key Responsibilities for this Role: -Operate and steer the boat safely as required. -Assist with the maintenance and general upkeep of the vessel. -Help prepare, handle, and maintain fishing gear and equipment. -Assist with daily deck work and other duties on board. -Follow all safety procedures and instructions while at sea. -Keep the vessel, deck, and equipment clean and organised. -Report any equipment or safety issues to the supervisor. -Work effectively as part of a team.

Determine navigation route. Adjust parameters on steering and control instruments
