Responsible for general building and construction works, including masonry, block laying, concrete works, and other related duties.

Competencies

Coordinate the different stages of execution on a construction site. Follow-up of costs and progress.
Clear, dig up or raise site or construction
Unload and store materials manually in storage areas
Demolish a construction by means of machine
Make and place formworks; pour concrete
Make/mix products (mortar, filler, glue...)
Assemble support structures (scaffold, braces, platform...)
Place acoustic or thermal insulation
Build stone walls
Dig trenches
Arrange storage areas for equipment and building materials
Place storm drains, drain covers...
Prepare and apply mortar, filler...
Prepare equipment and gear, secure the work area
Finish and repoint surfaces
Clear and clean construction site (equipment, tools...)
Cut to size and place border stones
Put in light partitions, prefabricated panelling, false ceilings...
