Construct, assemble and dismantle formwork/shuttering for concrete structures.

Responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling formwork/shuttering for concrete works.

Competencies

Pass on professional techniques and organising awareness campaigns
Check and adjust stability and dimensions of manufactured products (rubbing down/sanding, levelling...)
Dismantle existing woodwork/joinery and check state of construction (window frames, door/window openings...)
Define customer expectations, organise implantation/shape of elements and budget. Choose wood, raw materials
Place woodwork components and fix with hooks, angle irons or conductors
Assemble and hoop barrels, casks and wine casks/barrels. Check seal
Produce interior and exterior carpentry in: PVC
Glue and mechanically assemble matching parts for doors, stairs and windows (clamping, screwing down...) Mount fittings
Carry out finishing of construction: insecticide and antifungal coatings
Carry out finishing work: varnishing (staining)
Perform assembly of: chairs
Assemble: prefabricated units (chalets, houses)
Place elements on wooden parts: glass
Place door or shutter blinds
Produce interior and exterior carpentry in: aluminium
Produce interior and exterior carpentry in: veneer wood
Produce interior and exterior carpentry in: solid wood
Produce interior and exterior carpentry in: wood and wood derivatives (wooden panels, plywood...)
Produce interior and exterior carpentry in: synthetic materials and composites (plastics...)
Execute finishing operations: Mask wood imperfections
Apply saw and assembly marks or transfer them to items
