The General Soft Drinks Co Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Preseller / Activator Reliever to join their team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing either role as directed by management to meet daily operational needs, ensure route coverage, execute outlet activities, and support customer service and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

Cover assigned sales routes in the absence of the regular Preseller and assume full responsibility for route execution.
Secure customer orders through outlet visits, follow route plans and support daily IC and FC sales targets.
Carry out required audits, maintain outlet information, follow company sales procedures.
Monitor returns, undelivered sales, and customer account issues.
Build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, report competitor activity, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Execute merchandising and activation standards in assigned outlets.
Support channel strategies and activation plans in line with business priorities and instructions from the Activation team.
Monitor market trends, stock levels, competitors, and business opportunities.
Maintain strong customer relationships, support OBPPC and Must Stock List execution.

Qualifications

Clean driving licence and own vehicle required.
Computer literate.
Fluency in Maltese and English.

Skills and Experience:

Basic Basic numerical and IT skills.
Understanding of company products, promotions, merchandising standards, and sales procedures.
Ability to carry out audits, route coverage, stock checks, and outlet execution requirements accurately.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Organised and detail-oriented person with problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in sales, activation, merchandising, or the food and beverage industry is preferred.
