Steel and Wood Shutter Skilled Workers are needed to construct and assemble formwork for concrete works. The selected candidate will cut, fix, and install steel and wooden shutters while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards on site.

Duties include: Measure, cut, and assemble wood, steel, and other materials to create formwork for various concrete structures, including walls, columns, beams, and slabs. Erect the formwork in position and dismantle it once the concrete has cured and the structure is complete. Ensure formwork is properly aligned, leveled, and adequately supported to withstand the pressure of wet concrete. Operate various hand and power tools for cutting and assembly, and ensure equipment is properly stored. Collaborate with other construction team members and trades to ensure project deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently.
