The selected candidate will plan, coordinate, supervise, and deliver electrical and MEP works across construction and development projects, ensuring quality, compliance, timely execution, and effective coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate electrical and MEP works on active project sites.
Drafting, reviewing and co-ordinate drawings, specifications, technical submissions and contractor proposals.
Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
Monitor installation works to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations.
Assist in technical evaluations, procurement coordination and project planning.
Identify site issues and propose practical technical solutions.
Support testing, commissioning and handover processes. Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field.
Valid professional warrant or recognised qualification to practise as an engineer.
Eligibility to work in Europe.
Experience in electrical and MEP systems within construction or building services projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations, MEP coordination and site supervision.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hospitality, commercial or residential developments will be considered an asset.

Competencies

Determine which repairs in the electrical installation or equipment are needed and trace malfunctioning parts
Determine conditions/modalities for interventions on electrical installations/equipment and prepare tools
Determine place of components based on the electrical scheme/wiring plan (fuses, capacitors, integrated switches)
Activate electrical installation and perform inspections
Perform preparatory tests for the operation of electrical installation or equipment
