We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support daily Front Office operations and provide excellent service to hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
Greet and assist guests, providing information about hotel services and facilities.
Process cash and card payments accurately according to procedures.
Register guests, issue room keys and assist with reservations.
Respond to guest enquiries and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Promote room upgrades and additional services to maximise revenue.
Complete required financial and non-financial reports.
Communicate outstanding guest requests or issues to management.
Maintain company policies and procedures and assist with other duties as required.

Requirements

Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar hotel or resort position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
Friendly and professional telephone manner.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Opera Cloud is considered an advantage.
