We are seeking a Health and Wellness Retreat Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee health and wellness retreats.

Key Responsibilities: -Plan and manage the delivery of wellness retreats -Coordinate practitioners, speakers, schedules, and programme logistics -Create engaging and memorable client experiences -Oversee the smooth running of retreat programmes -Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers -Ensure high standards of service and programme delivery Requirements: -Previous experience in retreat, wellness, hospitality, or event management -Experience working with clients and teams in the Middle East -Strong organisational and coordination skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively

Organise functioning of the organisation
Determine the goals for economic profitability of organisation
Lead commercial activities (look for new markets, negotiate contracts...)
Check sports material and equipment
Develop educational or recreational sports project according to organisation's vision
Organise entertainment sessions or adjust them according to time of day
Prepare entertainment room. Attend to participants during the session
Introduce exercises to sportsmen and provide them with technical assistance
Organise actions for competence development in team (training, coaching, internship...)
