The Blossom Project offers counselling/psychotherapy services in schools, endeavouring to offer timely and effective support to children, young people and their families as well as to educators and complimentary staff

 Deliver individual and group counselling tailored to student needs  Create a safe, non-judgmental space with unconditional positive regard  Support students in developing organizational, time management, and study skills  Guide students in setting and achieving academic, career, and personal goals  Collaborate with school staff and parents/guardians to support student growth  Identify and report concerns requiring further intervention (e.g., neglect, abuse)  Refer students and families to external support services when necessary  Maintain accurate records and essential documentation  Participate in meetings, supervision, and CPD sessions  Work during school hours, Monday to Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week

Activities: judicial expertise
Determine the need for psychological care and the modalities. Refer patients to a doctor, social service, paramedics...
Pass info to care professionals on certain dossiers (educational services/caring institutions/domestic help service/advisory committees...)
Give guidance to patient. Follow-up on psychological treatment (points of attention, demands...). Suggest adaptations
Analyse patient's needs. Inform person about approach and possibilities of psychological intervention
Lead information, advice, sensitisation or prevention actions for different target groups (experts, parents)
Plan individual/group/family psychotherapy sessions. Guide/assist patient, observe reactions (role-play, relaxation...)
Do psychological tests, evaluate patient's profile and draw up psychological report
