A Real Estate & Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.

The role includes managing tenant relationships, lease administration, rent collection, property maintenance, and ensuring properties are well-maintained, financially efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the daily operations of assigned properties. -Handle tenant enquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly. -Prepare, administer, and renew lease agreements. -Collect rent, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. -Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs. -Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations with contractors and service providers. -Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal regulations. -Maintain accurate property, tenant, and financial records. -Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy, and maintenance activities. -Build positive relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers. -Monitor operating budgets and help control property-related expenses. -Ensure vacant properties are prepared and marketed for new tenants when required.

Control and follow-up maintenance contracts of properties
Draw up tenancy agreements. Follow-up rent and expense collection (proof of payment, proceed in case of non-payment...)
