We are currently assisting our client, a fast-growing luxury real-estate brand, in the search for motivated Sales & Lettings Agents based in Malta.

Candidates should be ambitious, driven, and passionate about property, client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate should be professional, confident when dealing with high-end clientele, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Responsibilities

Managing property sales and rental listings from initial enquiry through to closing deals
Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building
Conducting property viewings and presenting properties professionally to clients
Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants
Negotiating offers, rental agreements, and contracts between parties
Keeping property listings updated with accurate information, photos, and descriptions
Following up consistently with leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Providing a concierge-level service experience in line with our luxury brand positioning
Working closely with management to meet monthly sales and rental targets
Staying informed on market trends and opportunities within the Malta property market

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, real estate, or client-facing roles is preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Fluent English required (additional languages are considered an advantage)
Valid driving licence and own transport preferred
Someone who understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and delivering a premium client experience
