Job Role:

EasyRent Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate company that specializes in providing clients with an efficient and seamless renting experience. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, personalized service, and innovative approach to meeting our client's needs.

We are currently looking for a motivated French-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Swieqi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and French and have a laptop.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the local real estate market
Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences
Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements on behalf of clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and other industry professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications
Continuously seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Requirements

Native French Speaking and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Own a laptop
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Good negotiation skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
The real estate agent will be hired as a full-time employee
No experience is required.
