The Mechanical & Technical Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing mechanical installations in the buildings throughout all project phases, from initiation to completion

Design, review, and validate mechanical installations in the buildings and related technical drawings.
Prepare technical specifications, scope of works, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical installations in the buildings.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams.
Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering or technical issues.
Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
Support procurement by evaluating technical proposals and supplier documentation.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Oversee mechanical installations in the buildings, which include but are not limited to:

o Fresh water installationso Sewerage and drainageo Ventilationo Cooling and heating systemso Active fire protection
