We are looking for a proactive and organised Inbound Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our inbound warehouse processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and improve how goods enter our warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing procedures, improving receiving accuracy, and ensuring products are received, inspected and booked into stock efficiently and accurately.

In addition to managing inbound operations, the role will also provide driver relief cover when required, supporting the wider Logistics team during periods of leave or increased operational demand.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all inbound warehouse activities from receipt through to put-away.
Ensure all deliveries are received accurately and in line with company procedures.
Verify quantities, documentation, lot numbers and expiry dates where applicable.
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP / WMS system.
Develop, document and continuously improve inbound warehouse procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and stock traceability.
Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Warehouse Operations to ensure smooth inbound flow.
Produce reports and KPIs relating to inbound performance and inventory accuracy.
Support stock counts and inventory investigations when required.
Provide driver relief cover as required, ensuring continuity of customer deliveries.

What We're Looking For

Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Strong working knowledge of ERP and / or Warehouse Management Systems.
Experience improving operational processes and implementing new procedures.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
A valid C / C1 driving licence is considered an asset, but not essential.
