Our client is looking to onboard an Operations Coordinator to assist the Retail & Projects team where you'll play a key role in coordinating logistics, procurement, and project administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics and shipping activities to ensure timely deliveries
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
Process purchase invoices and accurately allocate costs to the relevant projects and cost centres
Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier documentation to maintain efficient procurement processes
Prepare and issue sales quotations in a timely manner
Support procurement activities and inventory coordination
Assist with operational planning and project administration
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed and filed promptly
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Retail & Projects Department

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Shipping, Logistics, or Procurement role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using ERP or inventory management systems considered an asset
