We are looking for a Fraud and Payments Analyst to join our team based in Malta!

What is expected of you?

Reducing fraud and bonus abuse through methodical checking of withdrawals
Monitor account registrations, deposits and withdrawals
Ensuring payments made to end-customers are sent successfully and within specified time frames, following the website Terms and Conditions
Responding to queries and / or tickets from the platform and, as required by any internal departments, to resolve any reported issues and ensure a positive customer experience
Tracking any issues from the point of reporting through to resolution
Assisting the teams within Customer Operations (KYC, PSP information, Payment Limits & T&C) with their tasks when required
Reporting any critical issues that require immediate attention and action to a Team Leader or the Manager
Report suspicious or fraudulent transactions or activity to your Manager / Team Leader for investigation
Assess and escalate cases according to the responsible departments
Investigate suspicious alerts (internal and external) with proper analysis and follow-up
Proactively find players receiving bonuses which they are not eligible for applying appropriate processes to resolve the issue
Keep aware of active bonus campaigns and their vulnerabilities, assuring that vulnerabilities do not manifest into bonus abuses
Performing checks on customers and requesting the relevant KYC documents
Undertake necessary administration work, including dealing with customer correspondence and record-keeping / case management
Liaise with various payment providers and work closely with internal teams, assisting with any possible issues, like missing deposits or uncredited withdrawals

What are you expected to bring?

At least one year of experience in iGaming
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Capable of working on own initiative
