Gaming slot studio. We're growing our commercial team andlooking for a Russian speaking Account Manager to join us in Malta, taking ownership of a mixedoperator portfolio. This is a commercially focused role for someone who is data-driven, thrives on building strongoperator partnerships, and has a proven track record of owning and driving client relationships. The selected candidate will play a critical role in day-to-day commercial execution, ensuring revenuedelivery, client satisfaction, and operational success, while identifying and acting on growthopportunities. They'll act as the client's advocate internally, and work closely with our teams andexternal partners to ensure our slots are live across as many operator networks as possible. Key Responsibilities

Manage a mixed portfolio of operator accounts, acting as the primary point of contact andbuilding lasting relationships
Drive commercial growth across accounts through upselling, placement negotiations, andidentifying new revenue opportunities
Ensure operators are supported, engaged, and satisfied by proactively resolving issues andanticipating partner needs
Track game performance across your operator portfolio, monitoring KPIs to optimise revenueand product engagement
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and client QBRs, translating data into clear, actionable narratives for partners
Coordinate game launches, lobby placements, and promotional campaigns with operatorsacross the Backseat Gaming portfolio
Relay client feedback and market insights internally to inform product, marketing, andcommercial strategy
Anticipate and address potential risks to account performance and retention, puttingmitigation plans in place where needed
Represent the studio at industry events and trade shows.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor positioning, and regulatorydevelopments relevant to our operator partners. Requirements

Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships across a diverse operatorportfolio
Strong understanding of casino products, game mechanics, and key performance metrics
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets in a client-facing role
Confident communicator, able to hold commercial conversations, negotiate professionally, and manage expectations at all levels
Comfortable with reporting and data analysis
Self-managed and proactive, comfortable owning accounts independently and taking initiativewithout being prompted
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
