Global VIP Account Manager — Elite Client Partnerships

Neo Group in Malta-based startup is seeking a VIP Account Manager to own an English-speaking VIP portfolio for a major client. You will drive retention, tailor experiences, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver premium service.

This role requires near-perfect English, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work across multiple time zones (UTC+10 to UTC+13). You will be the primary contact for VIP clients and help expand regional growth.
