Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Love social media, content creation and the world of yachting?

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand to life through engaging content, digital marketing, events, and compelling storytelling.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing digital channels, supporting marketing campaigns, and building connections within the yachting community.

What You’ll Do

Manage our day-to-day social media presence and create engaging, on-brand content.
Write creative and SEO-friendly captions, blogs, website content, newsletters and marketing copy.
Manage website updates and ensure content remains accurate, engaging and consistent across all digital channels.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and templates.
Support marketing campaigns across yacht sales, yacht management, charter and events.
Assist with photography, filming, and video editing for social media and wider marketing activities.
Help plan, organise, and promote local yachting events and community initiatives.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and campaign results, using insights to improve future content.
Stay up to date with social media trends, digital marketing developments and creative content opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role.
Experience within yachting, luxury travel, hospitality, marine, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
Good understanding of social media marketing, paid campaigns, SEO, hashtags, reach, engagement, and analytics.
Excellent English writing and copywriting skills; additional languages are an advantage.
A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Creative, proactive, organised, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for developing new marketing ideas.
Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta, Google, SEO, CapCut, and Wix is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
